S9 main XLR output not working

Hi guys,

I'm on tour in UK, have brought 2 DJM-S9 mixers with me. And suddenly at a pretty massive show that starts in 5 hours, the XLR output of BOTH of them has stopped working. We've troubleshooted it in every conceivable way, and can't get it to work. The output from the RCA main out and the booth is fine. Is there something I'm missing? Does anyone have an ideas on something in the software I might have pressed? It feels like a software issue, because it's pretty inconceivable to have both of them die. I'm going to do the show on the RCA out, but I'm super nervous about it. I hate having problems I can't solve.
