Has anyone found a solution to this, I have the same issue, cannot get the CDJ out of prefixed needle position which now acts as a cue for all songs
You press PLAY and the song goes on, if you press again, it jumps fordward to a prefixed position of the needle.
Restarted, updated from 1.72 to 1.8 and still the same.
It happens with all songs, in VYNIL mode. CDJ mode doesn't do it better.
The music that you listen in the video is from other player.
check teh video:

Check the next photo to see the prefixed needle position.
No matter what song or usb pen you are using
I updated the firmware, so no issues with the linked player related

Well, sorry to reply so late. But it is right now I have been delivered a player with exactly the same issue. I am an expertise service technician and it took me a while to find the problem. It is a very common, yet not well understood by me, situation. Some pushbutton switches become in weird state that, even if you push them on the SW tests they do work, but if you measure the control lines the voltages in idle state are not the spected. In brief, one of the pushbuttons is causing the control line to generate wrong signals to the MCU, so, if you feel you can (I always recommend an expertise hand, as this machines are very fragile inside) try to find any SW in weird condition (like not making the click noise when you press it). In my case was the HOT CUE A/E switch.
