Can I ask why you are using another audio device in combination with the DDJ-RB? The use of multiple devices will certainly be an opportunity for a delay in the audio as the buffer sizes are likely different.
Having latency on cue through headphones - almost a quarter beat - which makes mixing a nightnare. This happens whether running through my laptop and its built in sound card or desktop.with a Delta 44 soundcard.
New RB, latest drivers and fiurmware.

Thanks for responding.
I want to take advantage of the pc master out feature on the DDJ-RB that enables you to play out via the laptop speakers using the USB connection (while still monitoring via the headphone out jack) so you can practice mixes without the need of external amp/speakers set up.
I will try routing the output directly from the RB via the RCA jacks to an amp & speakers, not as convenient but if it works without the latency issue between headphones and USB > laptop output I can live with that.
I have also tried adjusting the latency/buffer settings to no avail. Anybody?
I understand why you might want to use the Master Output, but as I said above, if you are outputting the audio through two different audio devices, they will each have inherent delays in running the audio through their circuitry, plus the size of the buffer. Chances are you can match the output timing difference, but if you're outputting to speakers, your best bet is to use the master output directly from the RB itself.
