MY PC DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY DDJ SX2 (HELP)

Please my last resort is to go to you to enable me ayudar..compre and 4 months midi controller the DDJ SX2. which worked out well for a while with seratodj, but suddenly stopped responding, connect it to my laptop and this is not recognized when I turn ordinary light all lights but my computer does not recognize. and FX2 button is flashing Channel 4 and nothing to reconose my SX2, when I want to update the firmware do all the procedure for updating and me the message that my SX2 not connected appears desperate ... I need your help .. .he tried everything tested in another pc, swap cables etc ..... I hope you can help me from now thank you very much for your attention

Por fabor mi ultimo recurso es acudir a ustedes para que me puedan ayudar..compre ya hace 4 meses un controlador midi la DDJ SX2. la cual me funciono bien por un tiempo con seratodj, pero de pronto dejo de responder, la conecto a mi laptop y esta no la reconoce, cuando la prendo encienden todas las luces normal, pero mi pc no la reconoce. y queda parpadeando el boton fx2 del canal 4. y nada que reconose mi SX2, cuando quiero actualizar el firmware hago todo el procedimiento para actualizar y me aparece el mensaje de que mi sx2 no esta conectada...estoy desesperado necesito su ayuda...he intentado de todo probando en otra pc, cambiar cables etc.....espero puedan ayudarme desde ya muchas gracias por su atencion
