nxs2 \ DVS - Cannot figure it out!! - Please help!

After waiting for a week from tech support and still not getting nothing!

i have upgraded everything to NXS2

I am trying to get my dvs working via the usb 2 A & B on the mixer

I have the dj and the dvs upgrade installed but i just cannot seem to get the vinyl working!

if i play tunes on RBX i am getting tunes coming through channels 2&3 (the dvs channels) but still have no vinyl control.

please see below images and maybe you can point me in the right direction...

i am running all of the latest firmwares on cdjs and mixer and running 64bit win 10
