cliente molesto

numero de orden 5985 tornamesa plx500 desde el 19 de octubre de 2017 entro a reparación y hoy 15 de noviembre de 2017 no tengo respuesta, estoy muy molesto necesito soluciones, tengo 2 tornamesas de su marca y la interfase 2 dvs control, que esta pasando???

@Fernando > Sorry, but we don't have direct communication with the repair shops. Have you tried contacting them directly to inquire as to the status of your repair?
