Can't Activate Rekordbox DVS

I've bought a new DDJ-XP1 but first i let my friend use it with Rekordbox DJ & DVS.

And now when he already Deactivate Rekordbox DJ & DVS i just can activate only Rekorbox DJ? 

Any ideas? Thanks a lot Pioneer Forum!

While rekordbox and the plus-packs support installation on two different computers, if he activated it to a different Pioneer DJ account, you will be unable to activate it. He will have to file a support ticket to have that license number removed from his account.
