I have owned this DJM900NXS2 for not even a year and I am having issues with my headphone jacks. If I have it flipped to stereo I only get sound out of my right side only. But once I flip it to mono split and hit the cue button I get sound out of both like you should. Has this ever occurred before?? I looked.online and I have not seen anyone else have this issue. Any ideas on what it could be? I have tried different headphones as well and used both headphone jacks and same results on both jacks. Also if it needs sent in what is the turn around time like on getting my unit back?
Do your headphones happen to have a mono/stereo switch on them? If so, try switching it. If not, your DJM is still under warranty and you can contact your nearest authorized repair center to setup a warranty repair. They will require your original purchase receipt. If there is no repair center near you, please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region for further assistance.
