CDJ 2000 nexus reloop/exit issue

I'm having an issue with my CDJ 2000NXS, and it's happened a few times, increasingly more now.

Using 2 decks and we'll call them Deck A and Deck B for easier understanding of this issue, it's kind of specific.

So for example:

I load a track into Deck A, and I create a loop on the fly, which I then use to mix into that deck with, then I exit the loop, no problem and mix in the track from Deck B.  On the NEXT track I load into Deck A, I have one of my hot cues already set up as a loop.  I activate that hot cue and it loads the loop properly, but then when I hit the RELOOP/EXIT button it doesn't exit the hot cue loop, it reloops to the loop I had set on the fly on the previous track loaded on that deck.  Anyone else have this issue?  It doesn't do it every time, but getting close to 50/50 now and it's really annoying.
