reanalyzing wont delete your cue points and memory points
with that said though, right clicking the file and simply reloading the tag should pickup the art work

Do I need to re-analyze?
If I added artwork to my music files, would I need to re-analyze my tracks?
I hope not as I don't want to lose my memory cues, hot cues, etc.
