DDJ SX master volume scratchy and headphone volume low

I use the DDJ-SXs with Serato and the headphone volume is extremely low and the master volume output only makes this scratchy base sound when i turn the master level knob up all the way. Everything seemed to be working fine about 3-4 days ago. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Then it could be a hardware failure - please contact technical support in your region to have the controller serviced / repaired.
