If the problem happens on other CDJs, then the process of elimination narrows it down to your USB drive or the songs themselves.
I would first try a different USB drive - the Cruzer Blade is not exactly a "performance" USB drive.
Hello all.
I have recently been having multiple problems recently regarding the CDJ 2000 model and my tracks on my USB. My USB is a 32G Sandisk Cruzer Blade running a FAT32 sile system. All of the tracks are 320kbps MP3 files which have been either bought from a trusted online audio retailer or exported from my DAW at 320kbps. They are then loaded into Rekordbox, analysed and then exported to my USB from a playlist. These tracks play perfectly in and out of rekordbox on my laptop with no issues, but once I stick my USB into my CDJ 2000's i get a 'E-8305 DATA FORMAT ERROR' or in one case i got a 'E-8302 PLAYER ERROR' message, both disenabling me from playing the tracks. This has happened on other CDJ's as well as mine so I don't think its anything to do with them. This has been such an ongoing problem I have never actually been able to play any tracks off my USB on the CDJ's. I don't know what this problem is being caused by but I am hoping one of you wonderful people could point me in the right direction for this to be fixed as I am desperate to play on them. Thanks!

Thanks so much! I was starting to think it could be my USB, I'll have a look at some more. Is there any you could recommend? Thanks.
Personally, I use the SanDisk Extreme Pro or Corsair Flash Voyager GTX USB drives as both of them have SSD controller chipsets to manage the memory for amazing read/write performance. They are certainly more pricey, but that cost is well worth not waiting around to export music to the device.
If you're going to that price point, you may also want to consider the Glyph ATOM, and the Samsung T3, two reasonably small but ridiculously fast SSD drives.
