Hot Cues on 2000 still no autoload?

Hello Guys ! spend lot of time to solve this problem... preparing my set in record box, but hot cues on pioneer is unactive.(no autoload) i must recall each track. I know this question asked  billion times , just wanna know is solved yet? already pass 6 years. firmware latest . Thank you!
