XDJ RX Master record flashing wont turn on at all

My xdj rx stopped working a week ago it completely wont turn on all it does is the master record button flashes continuously
I dont know what to do ive tried everything wanted to update the firmware but cant do that unless i get it to turn on
I need my equipment for my gigs someone help :(
