Amazing. Pioneer have nothing to say about this?

FolgenDire, just dire QC at Pioneer DJ
Folks,
I am so angry at Pioneer's so-called "quality control" I have to write about this.
Earlier this year I bought the following items new from Pioneer authorised sellers. All but two Pioneer products I have bought were without fault. The other four were/are all faulty:
- 1 x CDJ-2000nxs2: Faulty on arrival: did not read CDs. Replaced by the shop. The replacement works but 'jog adjust' dial is so loose that I wonder how long that will last.
- 1 x PLX-500: Faulty pitch. On the 0 lock, the pitch is about 1% out. i.e. I have to move it to +1% to get a 0 result on the platter.
- 2 x PLX-1000: straight out of the box, the tonearms are very wobbly (unlike the PLX-500). Furthermore, the platter behaves unpredictably when sped up (it slows right back down). This makes mixing particularly difficult, unlike the old Technics 1200s.
The retailer kindly covered the postage costs for returning the faulty CDJ. But I haven't returned my decks yet because the return postage is going to be eye watering. This is really NOT ok.
