I Can't Load Tracks onto my DDJ-SB2 from Serato DJ

When I got my DDJ-SB2 I wasn't getting any sound from my head phones or speakers plugged into the deck. I later found that I had to upload a track onto the deck for anything to happen Problem being I can't upload anything onto it.

I've created a crate in the Serato DJ program as the Pioneer manual instructed me to, but when I hit *Load* button on the DDJ-SB2 deck nothing happens. The Browse wheel also seems non-functioning when selecting tracks in the program...

My drivers are completely up to date and I'm using Windows 10 on Dell Laptop. Much thanks in advance.
