I too have had some issues as above ,been uninstalling drivers and messing around trying to get this piece of shit to work with windows 10 for 6 months now traktor 2.11 will not recognise the mixer, windows says its installed correctly but no audio will output.
The pioneer utility settings wont change the sample rate to 44100 asio driver unuseable,pioneers main selling point for this mixer is traktor dvs connection the main reason i bought this mixer ive not been able too use this function real let down , if anyone could offer any advise to resolve this problem it would be much appreciate . Same issue here. Really would like some help here. Scratch is disabled on Traktor 2.11.023 (DVS) and stays that way. The only information I can find online says: "But it does work" and "But it doesn't work". No clue on how it can be fixed or what the cause of the issue is.

Have either of you checked that your inputs are set correctly within the DJM's setting utility, and that the audio configuration of Traktor is set for the appropriate inputs / outputs?
