This is because the microphone has to loop through the software and back out. If you reduce the audio buffer size in the preferences, it will improve the delay.

HELP - DDJ-RR Microphone Latency (when use pc mode)
Hello.
Please someone help.
I have a question.
I installed a recordbox on a second computer! Why does the second computer have a big microphone latency when PC MODE is used, but there is no microphone latency on the other computer? The computer have good parameters (core i5,8gb-ram, 2video cards). I use recordbox 4.5. My firmware is DDJ-RR v1.04(I do not use the v.1.07, because at the start of the program the pitch control is at position -16 and to calibrate I have to move every time).

Thanks for the reply.
But I mean, with the same settings on both computers (256semples, 5.8sec lat).
On the second there is a much greater latency than the microphone.
Do you have any idea what this may be due to?
