Missing artwork

Sorry, the post that was right above mine, it was your (Pioneer DJ)  suggestion to reload artwork in the info window, which I did for all of my 350+ tracks. The artwork shows up in Rekordbox but not on my XDJ-R1 controller or on my CDJ-900.

Ummm... you know neither the R1 nor CDJ-900 have the capacity to display album artwork?

Ahh!!?? No wonder, my mistake. I meant to mention I am using remotebox on the ipad with the R1 and I see artwork for only 3 of the 350 plus tracks but not the rest. Very random since they all show up in rekordbox, latest version, on my Mac. I assume the 2000 does show artwork?

Sorry, did you mean nothing is showing up within the app itself?

Yes in the ipad remotebox app when using the XDJ-R1. They all show up on the CDJ's no problem. I make sure to export my library for CDJ from rekordbox preferences. On the R1, exported for R1 setting, the artwork shows up on very random tracks, about 10% of them. I rechecked every track and reloaded tag and artwork from info window and made sure they are full size jpegs most of them at 500x500. I have the box checked : Create 320x320 for the R1. thanks
