Pioneer Rev7 randomly goes into THRU mode sometimes

I purchased my Rev7 months ago and am using a Mid 2014 i7 2.8 ghz (Big Sir 11.7) with 16 GB of ram. The other week, I'm doing a gig and on the last song, the song stops and the left deck reads "THRU" as if I had switch the USB button on the controller. I tried changing it to see what it would do... and nothing. I literally had to exit out of Serato DJ Pro 2.6.0 and come back into it. Yesterday, I'm DJing and suddenly, the sound stops outputting to the speakers. Had to restart the controller and serato at a party. Also, had a buddy of mine using one last weekend and his platter on the left was stuttering. It was acting as if someone was grabbing the platter and bring bring it back, then releasing. What can I do about my "THRU" mode issue and sound output?
