Just bought a new XDJ RX3 (first of all it took 5 months to arrive, but it's life) and once I took it out of the box, I saw that the mid eq knobs for both channels and the low eq knob for the right channel weren't straight.
I don't like to complain but for the price payed I find this unacceptable. Even my ddj 400 had the knobs perfectly straight and I didn't expect this from a premium product of a premium brand.
I chose on purpose pioneer for the build quality as this is essential in my opinion when you put over 2k in a product and I've just been honestly very disappointed by this.
You pay for brand new and already straight out of the box the product looks damaged, ridiculous...

same problem with my new XDJ RX3, that arrived yesterday: 4 of the 6 EQ knobs aren't centered exactly. :-(
I share your opinion that this is a no-go for a product in this price category but I'm new here and have no idea if this is a common problem and experienced DJs don't care about things like this...?!
Can someone elso tell about their experiences please?
