XDJ XZ Beat FX BPM Issue with Crossfader A and B

Just switched over to the XZ--very happy with the performance so far relative to my DJM 9000 NXS2; however, I did notice that when connected with laptop, the Beat FX BPM counter only tracks channels 1, 2, 3 and 4 (BPM follows the BPM as you adjust with pitch fader).

When you set the FX to crossfader A and B (which I use exclusively, for post crossfader FX), the BPM does not read from Rekordbox software (or Serato). On my DJM 900 NXS2, both crossfader A and B read and track Rekordbox software (not Serato obviously).

This seems like a minor detail, but perhaps was an oversight, so I wanted to raise the topic. Seeing as the XZ is being used as a controller, it should be able to read and track FX BPM values when dial is set to crossfader A or B.

Have not tried in standalone yet, but hopefully that isn't the case there as well. Any insights would be greatly appreciated, as tapping in the BPM manually or relying on auto BPM is a major pain, especially as a controller.

Let me know if I can provide any additional information--really looking forward to a solution, otherwise will just have to stick with full NXS2 set up.
