Hi, Fixture not working properly. The movements is correct,but there is only white color.

This is how exactly the Moving Head Spot LED 150 is built. Please check if this manual is from a different product and if in reality the fixture uses different DMX values.

Hi.

What can i do in this situation? How to fix it? The instructions are correct.

I have four moving head on 14 channels and they work fine. Now i have bought another 4 on 17 channels( the same like 14 channels) and there is only white light.

As we answered on July 13th, we are missing the colors for the color wheel. Could you please provide them? For example, Color 1- Red, Color 2-Yellow, and so on.
