Is there a way to snap beats without activating beatsync button?

Hi. I've tried to adjust Quantize settings (1, 1/2, 1/4...) on SNAP tab and nothing seems to happen. I'm wondering if rekordbox allows you to snap the beats without activating beatsync button. Thank you
