XDJ RX3 Microphone / Hot Cue / Jog wheel Problems

Hi community,

I have some problems with my XDJ RX3

1) The mic inputs clips early. At less than 1/3 of the total mic volume they clip. So I am forced to raise the master and turn down the microphones. I didn't have this problem on the rx2. Is it normal?

2) the right jog is harder than the left (even regulating) and there appear to be harder points and lighter points during the rotation. There are days it seems harder and days it is less. 

3) It hasn't recognized the hot cues on the usb for a few days. That is, it shows them on the display but I can't use them and I have to set them again from the console.

Can you help me to solve these problems?
