DDJ-SR2 Right Side Input Switch

The input selector switch that allows you to switch from DECK2,DECK4,PHONO/LINE... does not work.  

If I move the switch from deck 2 to deck 4, the blue box surrounding the deck on the serato software should follow. It only stays on Deck 4. 

If I move the left input selector switch, the blue box on the serato software follows, switching from deck 1 to deck 3. 

I am not quote sure what to do.  Is there a setting I am missing?
