USB does not work

I have a XDJ - XZ, my usb stick is in exFAT format and I set CDJ/XDJ as preference on record box and I still get error code E-8307 when I plug the USB in my set. It has done this with multiple other USB sticks I have and I don't understand why? I have a Sundisk USB that always worked and I got a new 126gb one now all of a sudden it doesn't work

I'm having the same problem with the USB 2 port on my XDJ-RX3. When i turn it on and plug in ANY Pendrive it simply does not load, It keeps flashing the red light until it displays error E-8703.

If I try to connect another pendrive to USB 2 after displaying the error, it doesn't even recognize the pendrive (it doesn't even flash the red light anymore).
