CDJ 2000 nxs 2 JXJ model voltage issue

Hello, I am considering buying a pair of second hand CDJ 2000 nxs2s, and they are JXJ models, which I believe are Japanese models and are designed for Japanese voltage (100v) only. The seller wrote in the description "when used in areas with a voltage other than AC100V, use a transformer or step-down transformer".

I was wondering if the only way to use the JXJ models here in the US is by plugging them into a Japanese voltage transformer (110v to 100v) or if there is a simple modification that can be done to them like switching out the power circuit boards to the US ones so that they can be plugged straight into the wall? I would hate to have to carry around the heavy transformer every time I have to do a gig that requires me to bring my own gear, but they are in great shape for a good price so I am wondering if it would be worth it for me to purchase them and get the modification done if that's a viable option. Thanks.
