Product Registration

I've registered my FLX4 after signing up and now the product does not show up in my product history! Also, when I try to re-register the product I get a message stating that the product is already registered... 

Please advise.

Additionally I have received a confirmation email stating that the product has in fact been registered - but still it is not visible in my account online, even after login in and out again.
