2nd channel is suddenly 2/3 the volume in the master?

Since the weekend my djm 900 is suddenly only roughly 2/3rds the volume in the master? when i have it set to 0 in the channel and the gain up half it makes signifacntly less noise in the maser then the other channels when set at the same amount of gain. iv tested it with both my 900 players and can not understand what the problem is. any suggestions? the mixer is only a month old.

What do you have set to 0? There is no 0 label on the channel trims.

Which gain do you have at half? 12'O'Clock correct?

What are you comparing this to when you said "it makes signifacntly less noise in the maser then the other channels"?

Is it only 1 channel that has a lower volume than the rest?
