[SOLVED] "INIT ERROR 0004", "Power Reset Please" with Pioneer DJM-2000 pro mixer

I get the error "Power Reset Please" and "INIT ERROR 0004" on my DJM-2000 when its turned on. I searched and found some old Pioneer forums with other users having the same problem. Unfortunately the solution to both was to email customer service. Do you have a solution for me to fix this problem?

Is the phone # on the way to get a hold of them? I have a Verizon Text-Only plan so I don't think that would work. Can you give me a link to the nearest service shop and I can just have them fix it for me.
