When you tap the actual Levels / Depth knob on the mixer it causes an interruption to the Master Audio?

DJM-900 Level Depth knob turning off master volume while on send and return.
Hey guys,
While using my send and return on my DJM-900 sometimes if i tap my levels/depth knob all my levels in my master output would shut off, and if I tap it again the levels would come back. Is there a fix for this?

To be honest, it sounds more like it might be a hardware defect in which case I'll need to point you in the direction of technical support.

Contacting technical support who would probably troubleshoot some things with you and then give you details of where you can take your unit to be serviced or how you can send it to Pioneer to be fixed.
