Rekordbox Tempo BPM control DJM-900nexus BPM?

If I use Rekordbox to set the correct tempo and downbeats on my tracks, and I play them back on CDJ-2000s with the DJM-900nexus plugged in to ProLink, will the master clock of the DJM-900 match that of the tracks playing?  I'm trying to synchronize external equipment with my DJM-900 but the auto tempo detection is not very accurate on the DJM-900.  Thanks!
