DJM 350 usb recording issue

Hi,

almost everytime when i record myself when i mix, there will be a part in the record when everything goes fast forward for a second or 10-15 and then suddenly stops and plays at normal speed again.

I'm clueless here, how does this happen? is this fault known to pioneer?

p.s. I offcourse use the usb recording option on the djm 350

hoping for help because i haven't been able to upload my sets for a long time because of this isse
