[SOLVED] djm900 ch3 color fx knob randomly turns on

hello...recently my colors fx knob on my third channel has randomly been turning on..if i wiggle it a little bit if turns off...but i rarely use my third channel...its almost aways at 12oclock...is this common?? do i need to send it in to get serviced or is this an easy fix?
