Folgen[SOLVED] cdj 2000 nexus and djm 750 compatibility
Hi, im hoping someone might have a solution for me.
I bought a djm 750 mixer when they first came out. I have recently upgraded from cdj 900's to csj 2000 nexus decks.
My question is, is there any way I can get the on air display of these decks to work with this mixer?
Obviously I know there is no lan output on the rear of the 750, just wondered if there's an alternative way of doing it?
Initially I was hoping it would work by using the control cables that enables the fader start function - unfortunately that doesnt work (but its a good idea tho)

That's what I thought. Have to say I find that disappointing, simply because I spent £3000 on the cdjs, clearly pioneer seems to think that £840 isn't a high enough price for a mixer to be more compatible with the 2000 decks. I, like a lot of people have to use my own equipment, because in the real world most bars and clubs won't pay out for pioneer stuff. Over the years I have spent considerable amount of money on pioneer kit. I think in future it would be very nice if pioneer acknowledged who most of their customers are, and take us into consideration when pricing up products.
To sum up .... £3000 for decks with an on air function I am not able to use is ridiculous.
