DJM-T1 Problem. Please Help!

So I bought the DJM-T1 about a week ago and have had trouble setting it up ever since. I'd really appreciate some help if someone out there has any advice.

I'm currently running it on Mac with a 1 technics 1200 turntable. When I have USB5/6 set to Rec Out I can't select the scratch control mode and the table starts to skip and go crazy. When I have tracktor in "extended" it says right channel missing, left channel missing and when I hit calibrate it says "unknown medium calib failed"

So I don't have any of the right channel, left channel, xfader working on external mode...

Please help!
