@Alexander > Have you chosen the correct input source using the flip switch on the top of the unit as well as the flick switch on the back of the unit?

DJM 800 - Channel1 Problem
Hi Guys,
My DJM800 has a Problem with Channel 1: The Sound is always distorted and the left side has -6db of levelreduction. The gain and EQ potentiometers are replaced with new ones, also the channelfader but the problem still exists. I already gave it to a repairguy to fix it, but no success. Any advise for me?

Alexander, Did you find out anything? I have the same problem. Channel 4 is sending out an distorted signal on the left side. In the beginning the problem disappeared by wiggling the cables near the mixer, but now it's distorted all the time. Even the master level-led on the left side shows a lower level. Tried different cables, switched cdjs, XLR out etc. no luck. Even rec out is distorted on left side when playing something from channel 4.

try slowly moving and wobeling your fader to test it. if it is the fader you would know from moving it. it could be as easy as cleaning it. other than that I have no idea. I bet you have already tried that.
