DJM 900 SRT Critical Issue!

I have a brand new djm 900 srt I purchased just 3 weeks ago. I installed updated firmware before first use (as directed with packaged instructions) and set up to test in my home studio. Practice sets went great when hooked up to my 1200's and using serato on my mac. The first weekend I brought it to play at the club hooked it up, went through the typical run of sound check and no issues. The club opens an hour later and the 900 crashes half hour into my opening set. I reset the mixer but it would only boot into firmware mode even though I was not instructing it to. After about 15 attempts at restarting i kept getting the same thing. I gave up and had to haul in a controller I use as an emergency backup setup. The next day I booted the 900 up at home with nothing hooked up and once again I would not boot into an operational mode, only this time the lfo light was flashing 5 times. I then powered off and back on to now have the lfo light flashing 6 times. Each restart after that would yield 5 or 6 flashing lfo lights.
After approximately 20 restarts it booted into a functional state. So this time I purposely restarted it into firmware update mode and reflashed the firmware successfully with no issues. It appeared to be working so I played for about an hour hooked up in my home studio. Thinking all the bugs were worked out I brought it into the club again this weekend. Only a minute into soundcheck the mixer freezes up and a buzz can be heard in the booth and the house speakers. Master gain would control the buzz but all other functions on the 900 were not functional. I then restarted the mixer to find 5 or 6 flashing lfo lights after each restart attempt. Once again I had to use my backup setup in place of the 900. I have been so frustrated with this mixer it is driving me crazy! I don't think I am setting anything up wrong. Any ideas?
