DJM-900srt crossfader cut adjustment

How do I contact a pioneer customer service that can answer this question definitively.

How do I adjust the crossfader cut in lag? On every promotional piece on this unit it says this is available. And I can't find information on it anywhere. If it didn't have the cut in adjust I would have bought a djm-2000. Hope someone can help me out
