DJM 850: When recording in Audacity, record sounds really broken.

Hi,

I tried to find an answer for my problem everywhere, but only found one thread where it wasn't answered...

I record via USB to my 2007 Macbook (the black one), also tried with another Macbook Pro --> same problem.

Firmware of the Mixer is updated (1.10)

DJM-Driverversion is 1.0.0.

Audacity 2.0.6.

So when I record, suddenly the sound goes really fuzzy and distorted sounding. Also within the first 20 seconds it gets worth and worth until its just messy and stays like that.

I have no idea what the reason for this is and it concerns me a lot, since I'm really keen to record a set NOW! ;-) A sample will be attached, thats gonna be easier than finding word for these unpleasant soundwaves ;) I will also send a screenshot of how the wave looks like, cause it seem to me as if it had many little cuts...

Please if anyone has any idea, let me know! I will try to record on a windows laptop now, but I'm not having too much hope...
