24 bit A/D converter? 32 bit DSP? DJM800

I get that the 24 bit A/D converter converts all the inputs to the mixer into 24 bit at 96kHz. the manual says that the 32 bit DSP performs the mixing which I get. but how does it work. are all the inputs on the mixer linked to the A/D converter and converted with each other at the same time and sent to the DSP? are the controls on the mixer sending information to the DSP or are they just normal DJ mixer channels? are the FX done with the DSP as well? is the DJM800 a completely digital mixer that gets information from its controls and mixes with a soundcard?
