Djm700 panel 2 connections

I'm replacing a potentiometer on panel 2 of this mixer. I have the service manual for disassembly, but I have no idea how the ribbon cable between panel 1 and panel 2 is fitted. How is this cable disconnected? The socket is labelled cn6007.
