Just recently acquired a DJM-2000 and upon using it, i noticed that no sound was coming from the headphone jack. Now i tried multiple headphones. and yes i had the cue on. Just wanted to know if anybody has any troubleshooting suggestions or an answer to what is wrong with it. The jack was a little loose at the start but i have tightened it thinking this was the issue.

Just to ensure it's not a user-error, with a track playing, levels showing on the channel meter, take that channel's fader to the top, disable the crossfader or put it to the side that channel is assigned to, then adjust the master level so the meter matches the channel levels. Press the CUE button on the master channel (so it is the only CUE button illuminated) and adjust the headphone level to around 9 o'clock, and put the CUE/MASTER balance knob at 12 o'clock.
If you hear sound, presto. If you don't hear any sound, chances are the headphone output requires servicing.
HI, I have a old well used djm 2000 with the same problem, no headphone output.
I have run the test mode and checked the headphone level works and also the cue/master. I used my multi meter so check the headphone socket works ok and also checked the lead that connects to the hamp board. After a bit more research I found the hamp board is responsible for Dac conversion and amplification with a relay before the output. Everything points to this board not working, Am I correct ? could it be anything else before I order a new hamp board.
Please dont just say send it to a service center. They will charge me £50 to tell me the headphone output does not work and then that again to swap the board which is something I can do myself.
