DJM 700 Problem with effects

The problem with my pioneer DJM-700 is when using the effects, E.G: Roll or Echo then the timing of the roll runs out of time with the track. example: using the 8/1 echo runs ahead of the track ?

@Scott > The timing of the effects is based on the BPM of the audio on the channel selected for the effects, but it's not always entirely accurate, or if your track changes timing, the effects could drift out of alignment. You can manually adjust the timing with the knob to make it longer if the effect seems too quick as compared to the track.
