Slowness tonight?

On the odd occasion I've noticed that I've had to wait a few seconds (up to 20) for pages to load, but it does only seem to be during certain hours; perhaps during heavy load times on the Zendesk servers?  If it becomes a problem, we'll certainly put in to be moved to another hardware set.

No problem, if it happens again when I'm online (we're in whacky timezones) I'll try and keep some logs and maybe do some diagnostics on it.
