CDJ-800 mk1 no power

my friend just shipped me two CDJ-800's, one apparently works fine. The other wont power on. I checked the fuse and it doesn't look blown. He checked them both before they shipped and both worked fine. Any suggestions?

I would definitely pull it apart and look for a possible loose cable, especially around the power supply

yeah when I check the fuse I briefly went over all the cables to make sure they were tight.... everything seemed ok..but I will double check again
