Problem with ddj s1

i have a problem when i press master tempo button , and i move speed up or down i have a pick noises .It sounds lika the music is not clean .It happened with some tracks,not all music .I work with a mac book pro I7 .I try different cables to find the solution but then i realise that when i press off the master tempo the noises are stop. But i have to use master tempo for my work. What should i do?

Try adjusting the buffer up by one notch and see if it still happens.

i move up the usb buffer by one notch but i still have this problem

Keep moving it up until the problem disappears; if it doesn't disappear and you get to the top, let me know.
