Have you tried on different USB ports?
Hey. I have a Pioneer Ergo, and cannot get it installed on my OS [Win 7 Professional 64 bit]. Whenever I connect it I get greeted with "No Driver found" on both the PIONEER DDJ-ERGO and DDJ-ERGO MIDI listings in the Driver Software Installation 'toast' (attached image). And that's it.
I have the latest drivers installed, I have the 1.20 firmware on the ERGO. I am not connecting it though a hub. I have re-installed drivers, to no avail, each time I re-connect I get the same problem. I have watched all videos on installing, read the install PDF's and they don't highlight any differences to what I'm doing.
The ERGO does work on a borrowed Vista Home Premium (32 bit) installed Laptop.
Please help. This is frustrating, to say the least.

Have you tried on different USB ports?
Yes,
Is that really the best this forum can come up with in two days? Suffice to say this device still refuses to play ball properly.
Considering the moderators have all had full plates the last couple of days; yes.
With the ERGO connected, can you open the device manager (via the control panel) and see if the ERGO shows up as a USB device. If you need more detail, just let me know.
Yup can do.. The ERGO is listed as an "unknown Device" in dev manager.
Sorry, it's listed in "Other Devices". I hate mornings.
Right-click on any ERGO devices listed and select "Uninstall," disconnect the ERGO, then run the installation package, THEN connect the ERGO again to the same USB port.
Right I have done that, to the letter, and got the same result as before.
