No solutions or viable help for my situation? Just need a shipping address or something an explination of what I would need to do to get this controller working properly.

DDJ - T1 Possible Blown Sound Card.
I believe the sound card in my DDJ - T1 is malfunctioning or maybe something else internally is not working properly, I'll have 4 songs going with FX on 2 of the 4 and my track will studder as if "Gater" was active; crumbling the sound of my mix. This device has never seen water and is always coverd with a deck protector when not in use. Also when hitting a hot cue button the T1 will skip past the intended cue point for a rough start. I would love to send it in for repair, if you could please provide me with information on where to send this. I'm just sad I'll be with out my controller for weeks possibly longer.
Im running on a 2010 15' MacBook Pro, this has just recently started happening.

@Steven > Have you monitored the system resources when using with your computer? What version of OSX are you on?
The technical support contacts are in the column on the right but lets see if we can troubleshoot everything else first.
